Stoic Builds was contracted to perform a major renovation on a multi-family residence in the Five Sisters neighborhood of Burlington. The renovation included a gut, a second story addition, and two new roof ridgelines. 3 apartment units were created and finished to be highly-functional with an emphasis on both energy and spatial efficiency.
